About Jill

Jill Goldstein has 13 years of experience helping Minnesotans through divorce mediation and post-divorce mediation. After her own experience with a long, emotional, and expensive litigated divorce, she became passionate about the mediation process and dedicated to keeping families out of the courtroom whenever possible.

Jill trained and completed her seven month internship at the Erickson Mediation Institute, a prestigious institute that has been training mediators for over 30 years. She received additional training at Hamline Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute. 

Jill is a qualified neutral under Rule 114. Jill is also a Parenting Consultant (PC), a Parenting Time Expeditor (PTE), a Social Early Neutral Evaluator (SENE) and a Financial Early Neutral Evaluator (FENE). Jill’s focus is on divorce mediation and post-divorce mediation.

By keeping clients focused on the bigger picture of emotional well-being for themselves and their families while outlining all of their options, Jill empowers her clients to come to a peaceful resolution as they dissolve their marriages.

In her free time, Jill is devoted to the cause of animal welfare. In 2011, she founded the non-profit, Pause 4 Paws which raises money and directs donations to where they are needed most for cats and dogs in need. She enjoys being outside, going up north to the cabin, she is a big sports fan and most of all, she cherishes her time with her friends and family.
